Barbecued Butterfly Leg Of Lamb

|Mild prepared mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry red wine||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Have the butcher butterfly the leg of lamb by removing the bone, cutting almost through and flattening.
Combine mustard, soy sauce, red wine, salt, garlic powder and pepper; marinate lamb in this mixture at least 10 to 12 hours in refrigerator.
Drain lamb and reserve marinade; place lamb over glowing coals and grill for approximately 1 hour or until done.
Turn lamb from time to time and baste with marinade.
