Kamalabhog Barbecued Butterfly Leg Of Lamb delicious lamb preparation that I have had. This dish is truly delicious! Surprise your family with the Barbecued Butterfly Leg Of Lamb. I am sure they will love it!
Ingredients
  Lamb leg 1 Medium
  Mild prepared mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Have the butcher butterfly the leg of lamb by removing the bone, cutting almost through and flattening.
Combine mustard, soy sauce, red wine, salt, garlic powder and pepper; marinate lamb in this mixture at least 10 to 12 hours in refrigerator.
Drain lamb and reserve marinade; place lamb over glowing coals and grill for approximately 1 hour or until done.
Turn lamb from time to time and baste with marinade.

I'm wondering what quantity '1 a dry red wine' is? Is this 1 cup?

Use a good dry red wine, The better the ingrediants, the better the finished product! Also you can enjoy the rest of the bottle while cooking! A nice Oregon Pinot Noir works well!
