Oven Barbecued Lamb Riblets
|Lamb breast||5 Pound|
|Smoked salt||To Taste|
|Onions||4 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Lemon||1 , thinly sliced|
Have lamb breast cut into 2 rib portions.
Brown on both sides in 400 degree oven; drain off fat.
Arrange lamb in casserole; sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and smoked salt.
Place onion and lemon slices between lamb pieces.
Cover; bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
