Broiled Lamb

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder 2 Pound
  Soy sauce 6 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Sugar 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the lamb into 1 inch cubes and then into slices 1/4 inch thick.
Add the garlic to the soy sauce, sugar and salt and marinate the meat in this mixture for 30 minutes, turning frequently.
Remove the meat from the marinade and place under a very hot broiler for about 5 minutes, turning once or twice.
Serve in a shallow dish immediately.
