Fried Lamb with Carrots and Onion

Lamb fry is a wonderful dish, which you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Lamb fry is mostly stir fired. In this recipeChef Belucci, cooks shows a way to make lamb fry cooking it neither too much nor too less.
Ingredients
  Lamb 300 Gram, slice
  Onion 1 Medium, slice
  Orange 1 Small, slice
  Carrot 2 Small, shredded
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat a pan, add little margarine and black pepper.
2. Put oranges, onions and carrots on one side of the pan and lamb on the other.
3. Pour some oil over lamb.
4. Let the lamb chops cook for few minutes.

SERVING
5. To serve, place the onion, carrot and oranges at the bottom and pour lamb and sauce over it.
