Lamb Shoulder Chops With Caper Sauce
|Lamb shoulder chops||4 (About 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook chops until lightly browned on both sides; cover and cook 20 minutes, or until tender.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
