Ingredients
  Lamb loin chops 6 Ounce
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon, coarsely ground
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ripe papayas 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Ripe peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Red onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Non fat cooking spray 1⁄4 Tablespoon
Directions

Remove all visible fat from the chops.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the chops in the grill and sprinkle with the pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Grill for 4-6 minutes.
In a medium serving bowl, mix together thoroughly the papayas, peaches, onion, cilantro, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
To serve, place one lamp chop on each plate and cover with the salsa
