Roast Leg of Lamb with Herbs is a mouth watering recipe. An easy to prepare lamb recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
  Leg lamb 5 Pound
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Juniper berries 8
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Rosemary/1.5 teaspoons dried rosemary 2 Tablespoon
  Gin 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste

Make small incisions in the lamb and insert peeled, slivered garlic distributing it throughout the roast.
Tuck in the juniper berries.
Place on a roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer.
Scatter the rosemary over the surface.
Roast in a 450° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until meat is browned.
Reduce temperature to 325°, pour over gin, and continue roasting until meat thermometer registers 165° for medium rare meat.
Slice and serve with pan juices, skimmed of fat.
Contains about 275 calories for each 4 ounce serving.
