4 Clove (20 gm)
Rosemary/1.5 teaspoons dried rosemary
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Make small incisions in the lamb and insert peeled, slivered garlic distributing it throughout the roast.
Tuck in the juniper berries.
Place on a roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer.
Scatter the rosemary over the surface.
Roast in a 450Â° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until meat is browned.
Reduce temperature to 325Â°, pour over gin, and continue roasting until meat thermometer registers 165Â° for medium rare meat.
Slice and serve with pan juices, skimmed of fat.
