Minted Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Apple mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), flavored (jelly)
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, dried
Directions

Mix all ingredients except jelly and tarragon.
Shape into 12 meatballs, about 1 3/4 inches in diameter.
Place in oblong baking dish, 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches.
Cover loosely and microwave 5 minutes; rearrange meatballs.
Cover loosely and microwave until done, 1 to 2 minutes; drain.
Mix jelly and tarragon; spoon over meatballs.
Cover loosely and microwave until jelly is melt ed, 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir to coat meatballs evenly.
