Ground Lamb Pizza Topping

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Around 8 Ounces)
Directions

In skillet cook ground lamb and onion till meat is browned.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, oregano, basil, and pepper.
Cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
Spread desired pizza crusts with meat mixture; top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake as directed in crust recipes.
