Mediterranean Lamb Kebab Meatloaf

Ground Lamb Kabab Meatloaf is an amazing dish with a scrumptious taste. The flavours of onion, garlic and parsely are nicely blended into the meat. When served over a bread with a spread and the tomatoes can be a wonderful meal. Try out this simple Ground Lamb Kabab Meatloaf and enjoy!
  Ground lamb 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Large
  Garlic 1
  Egg 1 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon

1) Blend the onion, garlic and parsely together to a paste in a food processor.
2) In a bowl add the paste, meat, egg, cumin pepper and salt, mix well and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
3) Place in an heatproof dish and grill the mixture until cooked.
4) Serve over the bread with the sliced tomatoes.
