Savory Lamb Burgers
|Soft bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento stuffed olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground lamb||1 Pound|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Hamburger buns||4 , split toasted and buttered|
Combine bread crumbs, milk, olives, onion, parsley, mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Add ground lamb; mix well.
Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
In skillet cook patties in hot oil over medium-high heat till desired doneness, turning once (allow 10 to 12 minutes total time for medium).
Serve on buns.
