Rub lamb with garlic.
Place fat side down on Microwave roasting rack in (12 x 8-inch) utility dish.
Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH.
Microwave on '6' or '5' for half the roasting time.
Turn roast fat side up.
Microwave on '6' or '5' until internal temperature of thickest part of meat registers 150Â° to 160Â°, depending on desired doneness.
Let stand 10 minutes, tented with aluminum foil, shiny side in.
Roast will continue to cook while standing.
Note: Do not use meat thermometer in Microwave oven.
Inverted saucers may be substituted for roasting rack.
