Mint Sauce For Roast Lamb

Ingredients
  Mint-flavored apple jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine and heat until melted and blended.
Baste lamb roast during last half hour of roasting or serve as a warm sauce at the table (Or double the recipe and do both).
