Ingredients
  Onions 8 Small (Whole Pieces)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Tomato paste 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shelled peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh Pieces)
  Thyme/Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 1
Directions

Garnish with snipped parsley.
Remove bay leaf.
Serve with mashed or new potatoes.
Note: 1/2 cup frozen peas may be substituted for fresh.
Add during last 5 minutes of cooking.
