|Onions||8 Small (Whole Pieces)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Tomato paste||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shelled peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh Pieces)|
Garnish with snipped parsley.
Remove bay leaf.
Serve with mashed or new potatoes.
Note: 1/2 cup frozen peas may be substituted for fresh.
Add during last 5 minutes of cooking.
