These Lamb Chop Italians are a desire ! Your snacktime can never be the same without these Lamb Chops! Try out these Lamb Chops and let me know how you've liked them!
Ingredients
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Lean shoulder lamb chop 6
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

This dish combines skillet with oven, so preheat oven to 350° F.
Melt shortening in a large skillet; brown chops on both sides.
Place chops in shallow baking pan.
Pour water into skillet, stirring to loosen particles on bottom of pan.
Add re- maining ingredients to liquid, stirring over low heat until blended, about 2 minutes.
Pour this over chops.
Cover the baking pan, bake chops 1 hour.
