Fried Lamb'S Liver

Ingredients
  Lambs liver 1
  Olive oil/Nut oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut the lamb's liver into 1 inch (2.5 cm) strips, discarding the gristle.
Fry in hot oil to brown the outside and lightly cook inside.
Chop into cubes and serve warm or cold sprinkled with lemon juice and garnished with parsley.
