Spicy Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Chablis/Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Dried cilantro/1 tablespoon minced fresh coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lean lamb loin chops 1 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
Set aside.
Trim excess fat from lamb chops.
Grill lamb chops 5 to 6 inches over medium cools 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with sauce.
