Lamb Chops With Tangy Mustard Sauce
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon style mustard||4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Lamb loin chops||8|
Combine sour cream, mustard, and garlic.
Trim fat from chops.
Place chops on the cooking grill.
Grill 7 to 9 minutes for rare 140Â°F (60Â°C), 10 to 13 minutes for medium 160Â°F (71 Â°C), or 14 to 17 minutes for medium-well 170Â°F (77Â°C), turning once halfway through grilling time.
Serve with sauce.
