Lamb Chops With Tangy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon style mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Lamb loin chops 8
Directions

Combine sour cream, mustard, and garlic.
Trim fat from chops.
Place chops on the cooking grill.
Grill 7 to 9 minutes for rare 140°F (60°C), 10 to 13 minutes for medium 160°F (71 °C), or 14 to 17 minutes for medium-well 170°F (77°C), turning once halfway through grilling time.
Serve with sauce.
