Grilled Lamb Chop A I'Anglaise

Ingredients
  Double loin lamb chop with pocket 1
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Partly cooked bacon strips 2
  Chopped ham 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Brush chop with vegetable oil, and dip in bread crumbs.
Combine chopped ham and mustard.
Fill pocket with mixture.
Encircle with bacon, and secure with toothpicks.
Broil 10—15 minutes, turning 3 or 4 times.
Season, and remove to hot platter.
