Grilled Lamb Chop A I'Anglaise
|Double loin lamb chop with pocket||1|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Partly cooked bacon strips||2|
|Chopped ham||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Brush chop with vegetable oil, and dip in bread crumbs.
Combine chopped ham and mustard.
Fill pocket with mixture.
Encircle with bacon, and secure with toothpicks.
Broil 10Ã¢â‚¬â€15 minutes, turning 3 or 4 times.
Season, and remove to hot platter.
