Marinade For Roasted Leg Of Lamb

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Combine oil, lemon juice, onion, parsley, salt, pep- per, marjoram, thyme, caraway seed and garlic.
Rub marinade over surface of lamb.
Wrap lamb in foil; refrigerate for 12 to 14 hours before cooking.
