Lamb In Ramekins

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Cubed cooked lamb 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Bacon fat 1 Tablespoon
  Beer 12 Ounce
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

Brown lamb cubes in bacon fat lightly; add beer, bay leaf, onion, parsley and salt.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
Spoon lamb mixture into 4 ramekins.
Blend soup with reserved liquid; pour over lamb mixture.
Top with mushrooms.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 15 minutes.
