Grilled Lamb Chops
|Lamb chops||6 (New Zealand Variety)|
|Melted butter/Oil||1 Ounce (Use As Required)|
1) Preheat the grill.
2) Brush the lamb chops with oil or melted butter.
3) Season thoroughly with salt and pepper.
4) Place the lamb chops under a hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
5) Serve the Grilled Lamb Chops with some crisp green salad.
