Luscious Lamb

Ingredients
  Lamb chops 8
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Gin 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING:
1. Place lamb chops in a dish after rubbing it with small amount of garlic powder.
2. In a small pan melt butter.
3. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, gin, and salt to the pan.
4. Pour liquid over lamb chops placed in the dish.
5. Put the chops in refrigerator for 30 minutes and allow it to marinate.
6. After ½ hour, remove lamb from marinade.
7. Broil or barbecue to desired doneness.

FINALIZING:
8. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan boil marinade for 10 minutes.

SERVING:
9. Serve luscious lamb hot, topped up with marinade.
