Lamb Salad Nicoise

Ingredients
  Lean lamb 1 Ounce, cooked (25 Grams)
  Firm tomatoes 1
  Cucumber 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Onion 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Stuffed olives 2
  Egg 3 , hardboiled
  White wine vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Garlic salt 1 Pinch
  Dried mixed herbs 1 Pinch (A Small Pinch)
  Dried tarragon 1 Pinch (A Small Pinch)
  Dried oregano 1 Pinch (A Small Pinch)
  Anchovy fillets 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Using a knife, dice tomato, cucumber and lamb.
2. Chop onions.
3. Cut olives into thin slices.
4. Using a grater, grate egg.

MAKING
5. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except anchovy.
6. Place anchovy fillets on top.

FINALISING
7. Refrigerate salad until chill.

SERVING
8. Serve chilled Lamb Salad Nicoise for a complete meal or serve grilled lamb cutlets.
