Australian Lamb Loin Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb chops 8
For garlic and rosemary sauce
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Medium, crushed
  Finely chopped rosemary 2 Tablespoon
For satay sauce
  Peanut butter 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Light soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
For barbecue sauce
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Fresh ginger 2 Inch, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat barbecue or grill on high.
2. Once hot, place the lamb chops and grill on both sides for 2 minutes, or till they start to brown.
3. Using a pastry brush, apply sauce of your choice on lamb chops and grill for 5 more minutes on each side.
4. Alternatively, you can sear lamb chops in a heavy bottomed pan also.

SERVING
5. Serve lamb chops along with prepared sauces.
