IngredientsPotatoes - 1 lb [500 g], peeled and boiled
Cold leftover lamb - 1 lb [500 g]
Chutney or pickle - 2 tablespoons [2 X 20 ml spoons]
Few sprigs parsley
Salt and pepper
1) Using thinly sliced meat, line an ovenproof dish.
2) Add and spread chutney or pickle and cover with thick slices of potato.
3) Brush with oil and bake till browned.
4) Top with onion sauce and serve.
