Ingredients
  Lamb medallions 12 Ounce, 2 to 4 medallions
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Cracked black peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , cut into thin half moon slice
  Snap beans 4 Ounce, thinly sliced on the diagonal
  Tomatoes 3 , cut into wedges
  Chopped fresh lemon thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped savory 1 Teaspoon, reserve a few leaves for garnish
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash lamb and place on paper towels.

MAKING
2) Lightly grease the lamb with butter.
3) Add the lamb over cracked peppercorns and pat on both sides.
4) Preheat the broiler.
5) In a pan, add remaining butter over and heat.
6) Mix in onion, beans, tomatoes, and herbs and cook for 5 minutes.
7) Using a fork, squash the tomatoes, and lower heat.
8) Broil the lamb for 4 to 6 minutes each side.

SERVING
9) Pour sauce onto plates and arrange lamb medallions over.
10) Garnish with a savory sprigs.
