Swedish Roast Leg Of Lamb
|Leg of lamb||4 Pound|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs), with cream & sugar added|
1 Trim the lamb neatly.
2 Wipe using a damp cloth.
3 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.
4 In a bowl, mix the seasoning together and rub the lamb with it.
5 Roast in the oven until well done.
6 Baste occasionally with the coffee, during the last hour.
7 Serve hot.
