Lamb Shanks Divine
|Season all||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Msg)|
|Instant minced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sage leaves||1 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Make a mixture of flour seasoned with Season All, pepper and MSG.
2.Roll the shanks in the prepared mixture.
3.Heat shortening and cook the shanks in it until brown.
4.Make a mixture of minced onion, garlic salt, sage leaves, oregano leaves, celery salt, lemon juice, tomato sauce and water.
5.Pour the mixture on the shanks and cook further for 1 1/2 hours until the lamb is tender.
