Lamb Salad

Ingredients
  Lamb 2 Cup (32 tbs), cold roast, diced
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), cold cooked, diced
  French dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Stuffed olives 6 , chopped
  Green onions 3 , chopped (including tops)
  Capers 2 Teaspoon, drained
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon, shredded
  Seasoned salt To Taste
  Seasoned pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, mix lamb, potatoes, olives, green onions, capers and mint leaves together.
2) Pour in the French dressing and toss, until thoroughly coated.
3) Season with the seasoned salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
4) Serve the Lamb Salad in individual lettuce-lined wooden bowls.
