|Lamb||2 Cup (32 tbs), cold roast, diced|
|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), cold cooked, diced|
|French dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stuffed olives||6 , chopped|
|Green onions||3 , chopped (including tops)|
|Capers||2 Teaspoon, drained|
|Mint leaves||1 Tablespoon, shredded|
|Seasoned salt||To Taste|
|Seasoned pepper||To Taste|
1) In a large mixing bowl, mix lamb, potatoes, olives, green onions, capers and mint leaves together.
2) Pour in the French dressing and toss, until thoroughly coated.
3) Season with the seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
4) Serve the Lamb Salad in individual lettuce-lined wooden bowls.
