Herb Lamb Steaks
|Dried parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Marjoram leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Rosemary leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lamb shoulder steak||8 Pound (4, 2 Pounds Each)|
1 Place butter in small glass bowl; add remaining ingredients, except water and steaks.
2 Microwave for about 1 minute on HIGH, or until butter is melted. Stir to combine.
3 Place lamb steaks in 10-inch glass ceramic skillet or shallow baking dish. Brush with herb-butter mixture. Add water; cover with glass lid.
4 Microwave for 10 minutes on HIGH.
5 Microwave for 30 to 35 minutes on 5 (MEDIUM), or until fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. About 4 Servings
