Boiled Lamb With Dill Sauce
|Lamb breast/Lamb shoulder||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Dill sprigs/1/2 teaspoon dill seeds||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Rinse meat quickly with hot water.
Place in kettle.
Cover with boiling salted water.
Bring to boil.
Add bay leaf, dill, salt and pepper.
Simmer 1/2 hours until tender.
Cut in pieces.
Garnish with fresh dill.
Serve with dill sauce and boiled potatoes.
