Boiled Lamb With Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  Lamb breast/Lamb shoulder 2 1⁄2 Pound
  White peppercorns 4
  Bay leaf 1
  Dill sprigs/1/2 teaspoon dill seeds 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Rinse meat quickly with hot water.
Place in kettle.
Cover with boiling salted water.
Bring to boil.
Skim.
Add bay leaf, dill, salt and pepper.
Cover.
Simmer 1/2 hours until tender.
Cut in pieces.
Garnish with fresh dill.
Serve with dill sauce and boiled potatoes.
