English Glazed Roast Of Lamb
|Lamb leg/Boned and rolled lamb shoulder||1 , rolled|
|Orange||1 , rind grated|
|Oranges||2 , juiced|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Soft butter||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Fresh mint||60 Milliliter, finely chopped (1/4 Cup)|
1.Take a 9 x 13 inch glass dish, put the meat in it.
2.Combine orange rind, orange juice, lemon juice, butter, mint, paprika and pepper.
3.Top the meat with the mixture.
4.Secure the tip of the leg with an aluminum foil.
5.Into the side of the roast, insert a meat thermometer.
6.Cook the meat as desired; basting it in between.
7.Serve or use as desired.
