Deviled Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Lamb shoulder chops 4 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Lamb shoulder 4
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Pepper rings 4
  Pepper 4 (Salad Oil - 2 Tablespoons)
  Lemon slices 4
  Lemon 4 (Salad Oil - 2 Tablespoons)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  All-purpose flour 1 Tablespoon (Salad Oil - 2 Tablespoons)
  All-purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together first 3 ingredients.
2) Add it to the chops to coat it.
3) In skillet, heat oil and brown the chops in it.
4) Spread mustard over the chop.
5) Stir in broth and onion.
6) Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
7) Mix green pepper, lemon, and salt.
8) Cook covered until meat is tender for 10 minutes.
9) Remove chops, onion, lemon, and pepper to warm platter.
10) Mix 1/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon flour. Stir into pan drippings.
11) Cook until thickened stirring frequently.

SERVING
12) Pour it over chops.
