Dijon Citrus Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Lamb loin chops 24 Ounce (Four Six Ounce Each)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oranges 2 , peeled and cut into 1/2 inch rings
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Cut away visible fat from the chops.
2.Coat grill with cooking spray.
3. Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
4.Take a small bowl, mix together juice, sugar, mustard, pepper and salt.
5.Smear chops with orange sauce.
6. Place chops in the grill.
7.Grill chops for 4 to 6 minutes or more if desired.

SERVING
8.Take 4 plates and arrange orange slices on them.
9.Place one lamb chop on each.
