Sandi's Leg O' Lamb Rub
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||2 Tablespoon|
1) Into a sealable plastic freezer bag, combine together all the ingredients. Seal the bag properly.
2) Toss and shake a bag well till the rub mixture has mixed thoroughly.
3) All over the leg of lam, sprinkle the rub and barbecue the lamb for about 8 to 10 hours at 220 degrees.
