Garlic Lamb And New Potatoes

Ingredients
  Lamb loin chops 24 Ounce (Four 6 Ounce Each Pieces)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 1 Tablespoon, finely minced
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon, coarsely ground
  New potatoes 4 Small
  Mushrooms 4 , finely sliced
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Cut away visible fat from the chops.
2.Take a flat glass pan and place the chops in it.
3.In a small bowl, mix together lemon, garlic, oil, rosemary, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
4. Pour this mixture over the chops and cover.
5. Let marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 8 hours.
6.Scrub clean the potatoes.
7. Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch rings.
8.Coat grill with nonfat cooking spray.
9.Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
10.Sprinkle mushrooms and potatoes with salt, pepper and olive oil. Grill for 5 minutes.
11. Move these to the side and add the chops in the grill.
12.Grill for 4 to 6 minutes. the potatoes should be tender and the chops medium cooked.

SERVING
13. Serve warm.
