Grilled Lamb Chops -

You can grill up lamb chops easily in your own home. Here is my recipe for grilled lamb chops.
  Lamb chop 1 Pound (4 chops)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 Medium, juiced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced finely
  Fresh rosemary/Dried rosemary 1 Teaspoon, minced (or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary)
  Kosher salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste

1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt.
2. In a bowl, place the lamb chop and spread the marinade on both the sides.
3. Cover the bowl and allow the lamb chops to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, in refrigerator.

4. In a pan over medium high heat, sear the lamb chops for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or cook as per desired doneness.

5. Serve the lamb chop as desired.

This is a quick way to make delicious lamb chops. The combination of flavors will make those who don't like lamb come back for more. This simple treatment for lamb chops makes for a terrific dinner. The prep time includes marinating time, although you don't have to marinate it that long; even 30 minutes is good. The cooking time is no more then 6 minutes!
