Ingredients
  Fresh white breadcrumbs 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Apricots 2 Ounce (50 Gram, No Soak Type)
  Carrot 1 , finely grated
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Egg 1 (Size 3)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, melt all the butter and heat the oil; fry the onions until just soft
2. In a bowl, add all the rest of the ingredients, except the egg and add the sauteed onions and butter to it
3. Beat the egg in another bowl and add it to the other ingredients and mix well to blend

SERVING
4. Serve/Use as appropriate
