|Lamb||2 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled, minced|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled, chopped|
|Tomato sauce||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked noodles/Rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, place all the ingredients, except noodles or rice.
2) Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
3) Serve over a bed of cooked rice or noodles on individual serving plates.
When cooking on LOW, add the sour cream with all the other ingredients into the slow cooker. But when on HIGH, add the sour cream at the last hour of cooking.
