Spitted Leg of Lamb
|Leg lamb||7 Pound (1 Whole)|
|Barbecue sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1 Wipe the leg of lamb with damp paper towels. Center the lamb on the spit and place spit in the position over medium coals. Brush Barbecue Sauce over meat. Start rotisserie.
2 Roast for 2 hours and 45 minutes, basting frequently with the remaining sauce, for medium-rare meat.
3 Carve and serve the roast.
