Stir Fried Lamb With Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lean boneless leg of lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed off fat and cut in 1 x 2 1/2-in. strips
  Green onions 4 , sliced
  Crushed garlic cloves 1 1⁄2 Clove (7.5 gm)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh bean sprouts 1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked, drained
Directions

MAKING
1. In a nonstick skillet, melt margarine and brown the lamb strips in it
2. Mix onions and garlic to it and cook for five minutes, stirring continuously
3. Sprinkle flour over it and stir till well blended
4. Add soy sauce and cook till lamb is tender

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
