Lamb Chops With Pineapple
|Pineapple juice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
1. Trim the chops and season them properly.
2. Preheat the oven at 355°F.
3. In a casserole dish, arrange the chops and top with a pineapple ring.
4. Pour in some pineapple juice on the top and cover the lid.
5. Place in the centre oven for 1 hour.
6. Serve immediately with grilled mushrooms or creamed potatoes.
