Roast Leg Of Lamb

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 4 Tablespoon
  Soft butter 2 Tablespoon
  Leg of lamb 5 Pound
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a small bowl mix garlic,basil,pepper,mustard and butter,
2 Brush the mixture over lamb and leave aside at room temperature for about 2 hours.

MAKING
3 Roast the marinated lamb at 325 degrees farenheit until medium rare.(approx 15-20 minutes per pound)
4 Move the lamb to a platter.
5 In a pan add beef broth and scarpe up all the brown bits bringing it to a boil.
6 Cook for a while and skim off the fat. Strain in to a sauce boat.

SERVING
7 Carve the roast and serve with the sauce.
