Coat the lamb slices with corn flour and deep fry. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a heavy bottom frying pan, add the vegetables, sauté, add lamb and sauces and 1 cup water and cook for 1 min. Mix 2 tbsp of corn flour with water and add to the boiling sauce. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
Mix all the ingredients well. Make the round balls with the mixture and crispy fry them in hot oil. Serve hot.
