Blue Skies Marinated Lamb Chops
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Corn syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
1) In a bowl, add the soy sauce, ginger, dry mustard, salt, pepper, corn syrup, oil, garlic and lemon juice, blend well.
2) Pour the marinade over the lamb chops, then cover and place in the refrigerator
3) Broil the marinated chops for 5-10 minutes, basting frequently until done.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
