East Indian Marinated Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lamb loin/Lamb shoulder 4 , trimmed
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Instant onion 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Mix together olive oil, vinegar, and marjoram.
2) Mix in lamb chops and keep marinated for at least 4 hours.

MAKING
3) Combine together all other ingredients excluding butter.
4) Coat marinated chops with this mixture, shaking off excess crumbs.
5) Melt butter and fry chops in it over high heat for 2 minutes until browned.
6) Minimize heat and fry on each side for 5 to 8 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
