Mint Stuffed Breast of Lamb

Ingredients
  Lamb breasts 2 , boned
  Cooking apples 2 Medium, peeled
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce
  Mint sauce 3 Teaspoon
  White breadcrumbs 1 Ounce
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Trim the excess fat from the breast of the lamb.
2) Grate the apple coarsely.

MAKING
3) In the pan, gently saute the grated apple in butter.
4) Mix it with breadcrumbs and mint sauce.
5) Season the stuffing.

FINALIZING
6) Spread the apple flling on each lamb breast.
7) Roll them tightly and tie with strings.

SERVING
8) Cook before serving.
