|Lean ground lamb||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Bacon drippings/Butter / margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Combine and mix all ingredients.
Pack into well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan preferably aluminum foil; smooth off top.
Center loaf pan on cooking grill; cover kettle and bake 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until done.
Let cool in pan 5 to 10 minutes before draining off juices and removing from pan.
