Minute Lamb Minestrone

Ingredients
  Cooked american lamb 8 Ounce, cut in small (1 1/2 Cups)
  Seasoned frozen pasta and vegetable mix 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Reduced sodium beef broth 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Water 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Diced tomatoes/Whole tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Canned kidney beans 8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Italian seasoning pesto 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large saucepan, bring mixture of pasta/vegetable mix and beef broth to a boil.
2. Lowering the heat, cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Stirring in tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, Italian seasoning and lamb, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute to heat through.

SERVING
4. Serve with an optional dollop of pesto for garnish.
